waste of money
For this kind of money I would expect the most lively, beautiful PAF's ever. But they're like a cheap copy of a PAF. They get you in the ballpark, they get you a flavor. But they sound lifeless. I wanted to love them, they're supposed to be the real deal.
After I accepted the disappointment I put a Mojotone 59 clone in the guitar and that was instantly infinitely better. Mind you, those are half the price of the Gibson.

Gibson custombucker: the vintage tone I was looking for.
This is my second purchase... now I have one CB (bridge) on my gibson LP and other on my gibson SG... now they sound glorious!
It is a very expensive item, but it was worth it!
