4 locks is the optimum amount and you have those short bumbers on every side of the case so it is shock resistant and non-slippery in either position.
Also outer aluminium lining seams quite seamless which introduces an easier humidity control in sometimes harsh conditions for whole wooden intruments in the winter time here in Finland.
