Easy colour change for your strat
Bought this to change the white plastics on a project strat to all black.
Mostly everything fit like a glove with few issues. Prior to this I had changed old pickups to Fender Tex Mex and the pickup covers left a 3-4mm gap between pickup base and the cover while the white ones that came with the pickups went all the way down. You don't see this when the pickguard is screwed in so I don't think it matters much. I could not insert the whammybar plastic bar as it too narrow entry. I tried heating up the knob, cooling down the arm but nothing helped.
