I wanted a good rock tone out of my P-bass.
I searched out the options and ended up with these pickups.
Installing was super easy. Just quick-connectors and no soldering at all.
Sound is super full, nothing like normal Emg-pickups.
Made my bass from sounding crappy to sounding big and full and the attack is stil there.
Great!

Geezer Butler split pickup

Käsityönä tehty, niinkuin Seymouritkin, jos ehdointahdoin jotain negatiivista, niin on valettu vahaan, ettei voi vaihtaa mikin kuoria esimerkiksi kerman värisiksi, ja se asentamisen helppous, ai että.Yli viisikymmentä vuotta juotellut juotoskolvilla, ja nyt peräkanaa ostanut 4 EMG settiä, ettei enää huononäköisenä polttele sormia.Pieni huomio; Potikan nupit pitää ostaa 6,3 mm akselille, on solid saft cts potikat.Soundeja on turha kehua, kun ovat vallan hyvät.Ei Geezer muuten olisi nimeään ainoastaan näille antanut.

Good pair of pickups
Installation, as always with EMG's, was easy though they felt a bit tight to my American series precision plastic cover.
Wasn't sure what to expect from these but the overall sound was more balanced than my original pickups. The tone contol didnt seem to go the the deepest 'muffled' end when turned all the way down, that seemed quite odd but I've learned to live with that. Won't go changing back to my original pickups anytime soon with these.
