As for me, best shape and thickness.
Grip is awesome, but sad thing about grip is it's "powder" coating is gradually disappears, so in a few weeks pick becomes glossy and kinda slippery, what dramatically reduces pick's usability.
But while it's on - picks are incredible.

Size and thickness is perfect for me.
That powder wears off after a while, so I usually add a few knife cuts to secure the grip. The price is OK. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Dunlop Tortex III 1.35
Good grip, nice warm tone as all tortex plectrums. Could be sharper. Recommendation.

i like these pics for playing guitar they are deffo very thick so only buy these if you like thick pics or if you play bass or whatever, yeah they are good you get a lot of them, they are all nice and matt black. you get what you get, pics. grip isnt amazing but they are cheap

My current favorite pick!
A few years ago I switched to these Tortex III 1.35mm after using the green 0.88 for decades. I love the shape and sharp point, and the thicker pick gives me much more control and dynamics. I wish they were a bit more durable, but they're pretty cheap so it's not a huge deal.

nice picks
Really happy with these picks, using them for a long time already. Since I play black/death metal, its really important for me that these picks are stiff and lasting long and they have a good grip. Price/value ratio topper! Definately I can recommend to anybody!
