Best roundwounds for D'Angelico archtop.
I have a D'Angelico Excel Style B Throwback Viola which came with Electrozinc strings. I have been very satisfied with the sound and feel so see no reason to change. I have bought the same roundwounds 10 - 47 which have improved my Gretsch G2420 archtop. Good value for money and in my mind better than the equivalent D'Addario sets.
