Snark ST-2 Tuner

The package says it's Super Fast and on the side it says Extremely Fast. Verdict: Not. Not usable as a continuous intonation device for string instruments (violin, viola etc.). It just doesn't keep up the pace. If you use it only for scales slowly (max. about quarter note = 60) it works, but too slow for any pieces of music. There are free and faster mobile phone tuner apps. Still: two stars because it still works as a tuner (tune the strings and that's all).

So far I've only used the basic feature and that is very easy to use. I have used this to tune guitar, bass, mandolin and ukulele. Works great for every instrument. Even my kids learned how to tune with this.
