Better than acoustic foam - but velcro strips are useless
Decent absorption - although don't expect any bass taming with these panels. The included velcro strips stick to the panel fabric fine, but didn't stick to my wall for longer than 10 minutes - so expect to find another solution for hanging them.

Utterly inefficient adhesive strips
I bought these to improve acoustics in home studio, they do help but hard to judge because they keep falling off the walls, as a result of miserly, relatively useless adhesive strips. 4 out of 7 fell off wall within an hour
