An easy-playing whistle with a very mellow, airy sound
The playability is very good: no squeaks, easy enough high notes, ornaments sound crisp and the backpressure is just right for nice confident breath vibrato. However, the sound is very mellow and airy so it won't cut very well through a mix with other instruments and ended up being the reason why I'm returning the whistle. But if mellow and airy is what you're looking for, you'll probably be happy.
Regarding build quality, the fingerholes have a sharp edge to them which makes sliding from one note to another a bit uncomfortable but it's not enough to be painful.
All in all, a great whistle but it simply wasn't what I was looking for sound-wise.
