It's ok
As others have mentioned it is for a very small diameter stand size. This meant that I could not affix it to the special stands I had got to fix to my large pedal board. I have to attach it to a separate stand off to one side - defeating the object.
Others mentioned a confusing drawing as to how to attach this - they were lucky. I got no such drawing. So you need to remove a screw from the actual casing of the Flow (thus nullifying any warranty that came with it presumably - and praying that they've measured it out correctly and the longer length is not damaging anything within, when it replaces such a short crew!) And the screw they provide to connect it to the underside of the unit, is unnecessary of course as the long screw replaces one which is the same size.
The connection is not very sturdy and will clearly work its way down. As I'm using a separate stand this doesn't really matter as I can set the height so that there is no further distance it can possibly drop. But there is nothing stopping the thing from spinning round and round. I haven't connected up cables yet so I am concerned how such movement will place a strain on the cables themselves.
It's a lot of money to pay for something that almost but not quite does the intended job.

Not what I expected
The bracket that is supposed to hold on the microphone stand, is too thin, so I can't use it. I don't think that there is even such a thin mic stand, around 13mm.
It's a pitty, I was looking forward to receive it, in order to have the Flow 8 on the mic stand and not on a stool or table.

not worth it as end up leaving on floor
on floor as cables end up hanging from mic , not looking neat
