2 tube order came without chargers, when I bought it, warning about such policy was missing, support ignored my emails but after contacting them third time they now promised to add this. First they pushed narrative that it's normal for light unit to arrive without charger - absurd! No free shipping was provided for missing chargers, really bad customer support. Bought also tripod stand, one is perfect second one is already loose. Music show can be improved, with two tubes, one tends to flash more than other and tube has to be very close to speaker. No battery level info is a minus. Colors are nice, product is not very heavy, price is acceptable. Recommending to buy 6 items with charging case. But yeah, customer servide dropped the ball with this one, should warn buying about missing charger.
